Kuki's 22nd birthday

Kuki celebrated his 22nd birthday in an exclusive party, a very simple gathering of few people from his different circle of friends. Maybe he was already used to having magarbo parties so he chose to invite few visitors for a dinner this time.

Kuki cooked all the food himself and no kidding, he can cook. I particularly loved the kare-kare.

That purple balloon with random writings my birthday message was the only thing I could give my brother because I'm too poor to buy any gift. Actually, it was a balloon I brought home from Pasiklaban December last year (from Sigma Beta sorority). Yes, after two months, ganyan pa rin ka-full ang hangin sa loob.

When I handed it to him I quipped, "Heto oh, sponsored by Sigma Beta." They all laughed out, of course. (I can be really funny you'd wish I'm your friend.) A little after dinner, Charlie of Sigma Beta arrived and Kuki showed her the balloon and she LOLed, almost unbelieving that after two months, their balloon is still in shape.

This is the wholesomest party I've ever been. There was no drop of alcohol involved. All throughout the night, we just played cards.

I don't know how Rush, the master alcoholic, survived the party, haha. But I think when they left, they went drinking or something. I was one of those who stayed at Kuki's house. We played 'one-two-three-pass' until we decided to sleep.

Not your usual party, but it was still fun! Happy Birthday to one of my favorite brothers, Kuki! :D
