Tutubi, Tutubi Wag Kang Magpapahuli Sa Mamang Salbahe by Jun Cruz Reyes

They say there's this one book that when you get to read, will change your life forever. In my case, that is Jun Cruz Reyes' "Tutubi, Tutubi Wag Kang Magpapahuli Sa Mamang Salbahe." I read it at the height of my growing interest about the First Quarter Storm when I was in college. The book gave me wider perspectives on the lives of the Filipinos back then. Plus this book proves that, as the author Sir Jun told us his students, a good story doesn't always have to be a love story.
