One Day I Will Have You Hiking Boots
I went to see my blockmates at the Far North supposedly for a snack and a tea. That's what I'm like as a friend y'know, I travel miles just to see them. :p
Anyway, it's all worth it, I got to see Louie, the cute waiter from Pizza Hut. Lagi nilang kinukwento (with kilig) at ako na lang ang di nakakakita sa kanya, so yun. Buti nagpakita na finally.
So Mara intended to buy hiking bag but the design she's looking for is not available at The North Face and neither she found anything she likes at Columbia in SM North. So we went to the other side of the world that is Bonifacio Global City.
While we were at TNF and Columbia, I looked at the shoes while they search for the bag. I really wanted to buy a pair hikingshoes boots for quite sometime now. It all began when I saw this pair of brown hiking shoes worn by Denise Keller in a magazine shoot. Grabe, ang ganda lang talaga. Actually, when I watched the indie film Batad few years back, gusto ko na rin magkaron ng hiking shoes tulad nung bidang sapatos dun. :D
Meanwhile, my friends laughed when they saw me rather eyeing the men's shoes. The salesman at R.O.X. even laughed when he saw me checking out a pair of hiking shoes for men. Seriously though, I liked the designs of men's hiking shoes at kung may pera lang ako, bibili ako kahit pang-lalake pa yan.
When I got home, I immediately hit Google and searched for the shoe I badly wanted. I found lots of equally handsome shoes that appealed to me:
I am so in love!!! Oh Merrell, I wish I have the money to spare right away. Poorita problems. :p
PS I'm not even an active hiker. Nakiki-join lang sa mga minor climbs. :p
