No-Bake Cheesecake

My neighbors gave me a slice of their no-bake cheesecake. It was too early in the morning but it will melt if I don't eat it immediately so I paired it with my morning coffee. I love how it was not too sweet. The sisters are watching their diet so they try to not add too much sugar in their pastries. Grateful for nice and thoughtful neighbors.
